These terms cover your use of buildnaya.com. A client project is covered by its own written agreement, not by this page.

Filling in the contact form does not start a project and does not create a quote.

2. Using the site

You can read the pages, follow the links to our apps, and send a message about a project. Don't use the form to send anything you don't have the right to share, and don't try to break the site.

The words and the mark on this site belong to BuildNaya. The products listed on this site are ours. Don't copy the pages and present them as your studio.

3. The apps

The iPhone apps are distributed by Apple under its store rules. Schoolabe and Schoolabe Science are websites with their own pages. Those products are not licensed to you by this terms page.

4. No promise that the site is complete

We write the pages to match the work as it stands. A case study describes a real project. It is not a promise that your project will look the same or take the same time.

The site is provided as information and a way to get in touch. If something on a page is wrong, write through the contact form and we'll correct it.
